My name is Joshua Berg and I am going to be taking time out of every one of my workouts to provide you with all the information needed for the rest of your life to get in the best shape of your life and that that way. I never do the same workout twice and that is the key to fitness. It relieves boredom and increases muscle confusion which is the backbone of my workout program. I have designed all of my workouts to benefit both male and females who follow my training video series. When doing my workouts, remember to stretch and warm-up properly before every workout. I will have the daily workout posted in video and text so you can have the option to watch it and do it, or print it off and take it to the gym to complete.
